Returns & Exchanges

At Zulily, we aim to offer the best value on unique finds; therefore, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment for a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Zulily account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return' button next to the eligible item to start the process.

  Print Return Label

  Select your reason for return and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
